JGB Enterprises receives award for it’s support of individuals with disabilities

June 26, 2003

On June 26, 2003, Frank Sylvester (Contract Administration) and Jeff VerMeersch (Government Sales) were at the J.M. Murray Center in Cortland, NY as guests at the Center's "Customer Appreciation Day."

The J. M. Murray Center is a not-for-profit community organization, which provides vocational, habilitation and other services to people with disabilities.

JGB sub-contracts the packaging and light assembly of some of the products that we supply to the government to the J.M. Murray Center, which employs about 400 people, who have difficulty finding employment due to physical or mental disabilities.

While at the Center, Frank and Jeff accepted a plaque from the Center that recognizes JGB "for its continued support of people with disabilities or other barriers to employment."
