JGB Enterprises, Inc. is growing and we have an immediate opening for an Office Administrator.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer order status against customer delivery dates to ensure all product is received and assembled to meet the delivery date.
- Monitors product delivery from expediting notes.
- Identifies and brings to managers attention issues with customers orders that may not meet delivery due dates.
- Maintains an Excel spreadsheet with current status of orders and customer delivery dates.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED, Associate’s degree in business preferred and 2+ years of administrative support experience necessary. Must have advanced Excel experience and Microsoft Office experience. Must have strong organizational and communication skills to be able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at the same time.
